Important Information About Your Account(s)

 

Dear Valued Customer,

Citizens Bank of the South is dedicated to making your banking experience the most efficient and user-friendly as possible. As part of this commitment, the Bank will undergo a major technology and core system upgrade next month. Beginning Friday, August 16th at 5pm and running through Monday, August 19th at 9am, customers may experience limited information access to their accounts with Citizens Bank.

However, rest assured that while systems interruptions will be unavoidable, we are confident that the inconvenience of a temporary break in service will be far outweighed by the benefits and increases in efficiency experienced by our customers and personnel, alike.

Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible for all involved. In order to limit the disruption of access to your account information during our weekend conversion, please note the following:

 

Online Banking Access and Mobile Banking – Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be unavailable during the upgrade.  Please be sure we have your current contact information on file prior to the upgrade.

 

Debit Card and ATM Access – Both Debit Cards and ATMs will continue to function based upon your available balance at 5:00pm, Friday, August 16th, 2019. The available balance will decrease based on debit card usage throughout the weekend, if any.  Please note that debit card transaction text alerts will be inactive for the duration of the upgrade.
