Have you noticed some recent issues with the functionality of your check scanner? If so, it may the result of a recent update to the Chrome browser, which is causing issues when trying to access your check scanner using DLM (Remote Deposit). This only appears to be impacting Chrome at this time. As most Chrome browser settings are set to auto-update, if you have not noticed any problems at this time, you will likely experience an issue in the coming weeks.
In order to correct the problem and return your remote deposit capture system to full efficiency, you may do one of the two following options:
- Program Chrome to allow access to the scanner.
- Switch to Internet Explorer for remote deposit functionality.
